Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving payment.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

This allows us to offer premium-quality products at the best prices, but it also means shipping times are slightly longer than domestic shipping.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 8–15 business days

  • Canada: 10–18 business days

  • United Kingdom & Europe: 10–20 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–18 business days

  • Rest of World: 15–25 business days

Tracking Your Order

Every order includes real-time tracking.
Once your package ships, we’ll send you a tracking link via email.

Customs & Import Fees

Most orders arrive without any additional fees.
However, in rare cases, local customs or import duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.


Delays or Lost Packages

If your order seems delayed, please don’t worry sometimes international tracking updates can lag behind the actual movement of your package.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 business days, contact us, and we’ll help resolve it quickly.
